Established in April 2006, this organization aims to "create attractive higher education that fits the times" and "contribute to vibrant human resources and town development" by actively utilizing the intellectual resources possessed through the cooperation and mutual assistance of higher education institutions in Okayama Prefecture, and by promoting close collaboration with local communities and industries.
