Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Co., Inc. (hereinafter "Chubu Electric Power Miraiz"), a group company of Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc., has been operating the "Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Shop" within "Aeon Mall Nagoya Dome-mae" since April 23, 2024, to offer solutions for home energy optimization. The "Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Shop Aeon Mall Nagoya Dome-mae" has been responding to a wide range of requests regarding home energy optimization, from consultations on the installation of solar power generation and battery storage systems to advice on building custom homes and handling electricity and gas procedures.

By displaying actual equipment such as solar power generation systems, battery storage, and EcoCute heat pump water heaters, and through explanations from specialized Chubu Electric Power Miraiz staff who propose optimal equipment tailored to the customer's lifestyle, we enable customers to form a concrete image of efficient electricity usage in their homes.

In addition, by stocking gas-powered equipment such as gas clothes dryers, we will meet various customer needs while proposing smart energy usage combinations and comfortable home construction.

We also support customers considering the construction of a new custom home in their "energy-smart home building" journey.

Chubu Electric Power Miraiz staff will guide customers through the necessary procedures and preparations for new construction. After listening to the customer's ideal vision, we will introduce house builders and construction companies that can realize "energy-smart home building," carefully selected based on Chubu Electric Power Miraiz's unique standards.

Furthermore, we will install an "Avatar Reception" desk where customers can handle procedures related to their home electricity and gas contracts.

Through an avatar displayed on a tablet in the store, customers can perform various procedures, such as canceling or starting contracts due to moving, or changing rate plans due to lifestyle changes.
