Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Co., Inc. (hereinafter, "Chubu Electric Power Miraiz"), a group company of Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc., has been operating "Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Shop" within "Aeon Mall Nagoya Dome-mae" since April 23, 2024, proposing optimal energy solutions for households. The "Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Shop Aeon Mall Nagoya Dome-mae Store" has responded to a wide range of household energy optimization needs, from consultations on introducing solar power generation and storage batteries to consultations on building new custom homes, and procedures for electricity and gas contracts.

To date, approximately 4,400 groups (Note 1) of customers have visited our store. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has used our services.

By displaying actual equipment such as solar power generation, storage batteries, and EcoCute, and providing explanations of equipment by Chubu Electric Power Miraiz staff with specialized knowledge, along with proposals for optimal equipment tailored to customers' lifestyles, it becomes possible to concretely visualize efficient electricity usage within the home.

In addition, by offering gas-powered equipment such as gas clothes dryers, we will meet various customer needs and propose smart ways to use energy by combining various equipment, as well as comfortable home building.

Furthermore, we will support customers considering building new custom homes in creating "energy-smart homes."

Chubu Electric Power Miraiz staff will guide customers through the necessary procedures and preparations for new construction, and after hearing their ideal vision, will introduce house builders and construction companies capable of realizing "energy-smart homes" carefully selected based on Chubu Electric Power Miraiz's unique criteria.

In addition, we will install an "Avatar Reception" where customers can complete procedures related to their household electricity and gas contracts.

Customers can perform various procedures, such as canceling/starting contracts due to relocation or changing rate plans due to lifestyle changes, through an avatar displayed on a tablet in the store.
