This renewal, themed "Color your Season: Brighten your Morning to Match Your Day," introduces daily side dishes incorporating seasonal ingredients, in addition to the popular seasonal smoothies. The breakfast offering has evolved to allow guests to enjoy seasonal flavors throughout.

Combined with the existing locally sourced menus, we offer a breakfast where guests can encounter the unique flavors of the season and the charm of the region.

Another feature is the ability for guests to freely combine menu items according to their mood and travel purpose. The popular "Dashai Gohan" (rice with dashi broth) now has expanded toppings, allowing guests to further customize the flavor to their liking and mood of the day. We offer a breakfast experience that can be chosen to match your day, whether it's a morning to enjoy the local flavors of a tourist destination, a morning to charge up energy for work, or a morning to feel light and refreshed.

In addition, we will offer daily changing menus incorporating seasonal ingredients and flavors, such as "Shrimp Lemon Cream Pasta," "Summer Vegetable Ratatouille," and "Yuzu-Scented Light Chicken and Colorful Vegetables."
