The Saitama Prefectural Products and Tourism Association (Chairman: Shigeharu Asagiri) will implement a special tour on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in collaboration with Tobu Railway Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo), Ranzan Town, and Yomiuri Travel Co., Ltd. (President: Hidenori Iwakami), to commemorate the "Ranzan Lavender Festival" (organized by Ranzan Town Tourism Association, co-organized by Ranzan Town) held in Ranzan Town, Saitama Prefecture.

This tour is planned by the Saitama Prefectural Products and Tourism Association and implemented by Yomiuri Travel, commemorating the display of a headmark designed by Saitama Virtual Tourism Ambassador VTuber "Kasukabe Tsukushi" on Tobu Railway's TJ Liner, through the collaboration of Tobu Railway and Ranzan Town.

Inside the tour train, Kasukabe Tsukushi will provide real-time announcements and game activities. At the destination, a special experience linked with the local community will be offered, including not only the lavender garden but also a stamp rally to fully enjoy Ranzan Town.
