By holistically redesigning reservation pathways, guest experiences, and operations centered on the customer journey, he successfully transitioned both properties from OTA dependency to 100% direct bookings. Despite eliminating all OTA channels, revenue recovered to 175% year-on-year. Also serves as co-leader of the D2C brand "WHATEVER," driving brand development and launch initiatives.
