CHILLNN Inc. (Headquarters: Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, Representative Director: Ryō Nagata, hereinafter referred to as "CHILLNN") has initiated API integration with AirHost Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya City, Tokyo, Representative Director: Takashi Obata, hereinafter referred to as "AirHost"), the provider of the operational management tool for accommodation facilities, "AirHost HMS".

This integration allows accommodation facilities using "AirHost HMS" to seamlessly utilize CHILLNN's proprietary reservation engine. In addition to centralized management of reservations and inventory, it enables a gradual reduction in reliance on OTAs (Online Travel Agents) and an increase in direct sales ratio, while maintaining a highly designed reservation experience that does not compromise the facility's brand.

◼︎ Background of the Integration CHILLNN provides a proprietary reservation engine that allows for the no-code construction of reservation pages with a magazine-like UI for facilities that value their brand and worldview. Its design, mindful of AIO and MEO measures, also supports maximizing search engine traffic. AirHost has been supporting the labor-saving and unmanned operation of facilities through "AirHost HMS," which digitizes the entire operation from check-in to settlement. While both companies possess their respective strengths, this integration was achieved under the shared vision of "balancing facility revenue improvement with experience quality."
