Completion of Marketing Authorization Transfer for Myoclonus Treatment "Myocarm® Oral Solution 33.3%"

(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Kentaro Ichimori; hereinafter "Cheplapharm"), a pharmaceutical company engaged in the business of transferring prescription drugs, announced that it has completed the transfer of marketing authorization for the myoclonus treatment "Myocarm® Oral Solution 33.3%," which was previously held by UCB Japan Co., Ltd., effective April 1, 2026. Furthermore, on the same date, the sales transfer* from Taiho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Taiho Pharmaceutical"), the distributor of this product, was also completed. With the completion of this transfer, Cheplapharm has now inherited a cumulative total of 15 products across 36 items since the establishment of its Japanese subsidiary in April 2023.

Based on its past transfer achievements, Cheplapharm intends to further expand its transfer business by widely gaining understanding for its efforts in maintaining quality and ensuring stable supply.
