Check Point Announces Participation in OpenAI's "Trusted Access for Cyber" Program and "Daybreak" Initiative

Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), a pioneer and global leader in cybersecurity solutions, announced on June 10, 2026 (US time) that it has been approved as a member of OpenAI's "Trusted Access for Cyber" (TAC) program and will participate in OpenAI's "Daybreak" cybersecurity initiative, which is subject to review.

The threat landscape is currently being reshaped by AI. Attackers are leveraging AI to accelerate and sophisticate attacks, and to discover vulnerabilities at scale. Defenders require capabilities that are on par with or exceed those of attackers, and the quality of models supporting their workflows is a critical factor in determining the balance of power between the two sides.

By becoming a Trusted Access for Cyber member, Check Point can now utilize GPT-5.5 for defensive security operations based on the Trusted Access for Cyber framework. This will enable security teams to conduct threat analysis, incident investigations, and detection rule creation in real-time, thereby streamlining operations.

Through the Daybreak initiative, Check Point will gain access to OpenAI's Codex harness and receive support from OpenAI cybersecurity experts. This dedicated support from the collaborative framework, provided by OpenAI's team involved in building models that support Check Point's defensive workflows, will offer a significant advantage in real-world operations.
