We have prepared a total of 8 visually stunning sweets, including the "Melon Shortcake ~Parfait Style~" (※1), an arrangement of the classic shortcake, and the "Juicy Melon Tart" (※2), which features fresh melon atop a moist tart crust. For savories, we offer 4 light options that harmonize with the sweets, such as "Bamboo Charcoal American Dog with Spicy Sauce" and "Chilled Peach Vichyssoise with a Pleasant Consommé Jelly Accent."

Pastry Chef Takehiro Kobayashi

After graduating from a confectionery vocational school, he gained experience at long-established pastry shops in Kobe and Osaka, pursuing confectionery that fuses traditional techniques with the latest trends. After winning awards in Western confectionery contests, he moved to Okinawa and worked at several hotels in the prefecture before joining Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort and DoubleTree by Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort as Pastry Chef in 2023. Kobayashi's sweets captivate many with their beautiful designs and delicate sweetness. He currently supervises all sweets offered at both hotels, constantly delivering new flavors and surprises to guests by incorporating innovative and creative methods.
