一般社團法人 Charming Care(大阪府池田市,代表理事:石嶋瑞穗)將於 2026 年 3 月 30 日起,開始對高中生及大學生對象的「志工/委外育成計畫」進行一般招募。同時,過去已參與活動的家長大使,也將必須參加此計畫作為參與條件。
本計畫利用 Charming Care 自行開發的 Q 照護工具,對活動過程進行定點記錄與視覺化。繼 2026 年 3 月 25 日起先行招募以有特殊考量需求的高中生、大學生為對象的特別計畫後,此次將對象擴大至一般學生與家長大使。

■ 背景與課題認知
一般社團法人 Charming Care 自 2019 年成立以來,一直致力於為患有疾病或身心障礙的兒童及其家庭提供外觀照護與復學支援。自 2021 年起,開始為家長提供就業支援,透過對總計 80 名對象的訪談與實際支援,累積了「全遠端、依個人步調、利用零碎時間」的條件若能同時滿足,才能實現可持續就業的見解。(Charming Care 大使計畫)
在支援家長就業的過程中,我們也看到了患有疾病或身心障礙的孩子們在升學與就業方面的問題。對於有特殊考量需求的學生來說,現有的打工市場以服務業和站立工作為主,對於有體力限制或需要定期就醫的孩子們來說,參與門檻非常高。此外,對於居住在地方的學生來說,也存在著難以接觸實習或社會活動的結構性問題。
