Hankyu Railway Expands "CHARGESPOT" Installation to 37 Units at 29 Stations, Covering Approximately One-Third of All Lines and Major Stations

INFORICH Inc. (Representative Director and President: Ken Kitano) have sequentially begun installing "CHARGESPOT" at 18 locations across 14 stations within the Hankyu Railway area starting April 22, 2026, with completion on April 24. With this expansion, the total number of CHARGESPOT installations in the Hankyu Railway area has reached 37 units at 29 stations. This accounts for approximately one-third of Hankyu Railway's 90 stations, with installations completed at major terminal stations for commuting, schooling, and tourism, such as Osaka Umeda, Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi, Kyoto-Kawaramachi, Suita, and Ibarakishi. A comprehensive charging infrastructure is steadily expanding, primarily in high-traffic trunk line areas, making it easy to charge anywhere along the line. We aim to alleviate concerns about running out of battery while on the go and create an environment where commuting, schooling, and travel can be spent even more comfortably.

■ Background of Installation
With the widespread use of smartphones, the demand for charging on the go has been increasing year by year. Station premises, in particular, are places where many commuters, students, and tourists come and go, and running out of battery while traveling is a common issue.
Hankyu Hanshin Building Management Co., Ltd. is working to further enhance and improve the convenience of station facilities. This expansion of "CHARGESPOT" installations, by adding units outside ticket gates at each station, creates an environment where mobile batteries can be easily rented even when purchasing tickets or boarding/alighting.
