Installation of "CHARGESPOT" Completed at 38 Lawson United Cinemas Theaters

INFORICH Inc. (Headquarters: 1-11-2 Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Toshihide Shimizu; hereinafter "Lawson United Cinemas") have completed the installation of "CHARGESPOT" at 38 Lawson United Cinemas theaters nationwide as of April 1, 2026. The two companies will collaborate to develop a charging environment that allows customers to fully enjoy their movie-going experience and to promote usage among new users.

Movie theaters are venues where visitors spend a long time, with screenings lasting from one and a half to three hours. Many visitors use their smartphones before and after screenings to post on social media, check tickets, or search for transit directions. On the other hand, there have been many concerns, particularly among younger generations, about their batteries dying while watching a movie, making the development of a charging environment within theaters a direct challenge for improving the customer experience. With the installation of "CHARGESPOT" in these 38 theaters, an environment is now in place where customers can enjoy their time before the screening and the lingering excitement after the movie without worrying about their battery levels.
