Sala Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture) will hold an event titled "Shinshu Meat Culture - Iida Yakiniku Lands in Toyohashi for the First Time!" allowing attendees to experience the unique "delivery yakiniku culture" rooted in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture. The event will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at emCAMPUS FOOD (2-81 Ekimae Odori, Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture). This event is co-hosted by the Minamishinshu Meat Union (Location: Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, Chairman: Yasuhiro Kubota) and is implemented as an initiative to create food exchange that transcends regional boundaries.

## Background of the Event: Regional Revitalization through San-En-Shin Coordination

Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, and Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, have historically engaged in exchange of people, goods, and culture as the "San-En-Shin region" connected by the JR Iida Line. Currently, Sala Real Estate is promoting the "Higashimikawa Food Valley Concept" which aims to revitalize the region through food. As part of this concept, by combining Iida City's iconic food culture, "delivery yakiniku," they aim to create new experiential value in food and foster brand development between the regions.

## What is "Iida Yakiniku" and "Delivery Yakiniku Culture"?

Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, is known as the "Yakiniku City," reportedly having the highest number of yakiniku restaurants per capita in Japan. Particularly distinctive is the "delivery yakiniku" culture, where butcher shops deliver meat along with gas stoves, griddles, and even sauces directly to a designated location. This event will recreate this Iida-specific style for the first time in Toyohashi.

## Event Highlights

* Authentic Iida Delivery Yakiniku Experience: With the cooperation of the Minamishinshu Meat Union, the authentic meat culture will be brought directly to you.
* Regional Ingredient Collaboration: In addition to Iida meat, vegetables from Higashimikawa and onigiri will also be available for sale. You can enjoy the rich ingredients from both regions at once.
* Special Guest Appearance: Nichiro, the Iida City Industrial Goodwill Ambassador, will be invited as a guest to liven up the venue.

* Biography: While being a popular comedian famous for impersonating Ichiro, he also works as a self-proclaimed "professional yakiniku player." He releases yakiniku sauces under his supervision and has opened yakiniku restaurants, transmitting Iida's food culture and regional charm nationwide.
