The 20th seminar, a milestone, will focus on "Dementia," a topic of high interest in past seminars. This time, four staff members from all of Nagaokakyo City's East, North, South, and West Comprehensive Community Support Centers will speak. They will introduce consultation services and support systems after a dementia diagnosis. Additionally, Dr. Rina Fujita and Dr. Makiko Shinomoto, neurologists specializing in brain and nerve diseases at the Hospital, will discuss the diagnosis of dementia. We welcome anyone, including those concerned about the health of their family members, as well as those who wish to deepen their knowledge to prepare for the future, to participate casually. There will also be a Q&A session in the latter half, allowing you to resolve daily anxieties and questions on the spot. We sincerely look forward to your participation.

At the seminar held in March, Ms. Megumi Maeda, an occupational therapist at the Hospital, provided various explanations on dementia prevention from the perspective of a rehabilitation specialist.
Approximately 40 people participated, and we received positive feedback such as "It was very informative" and "I'd like to try incorporating the 'Takenoko Horihory Gymnast.'" It was a very fruitful time that reaffirmed the high health awareness of local residents.
