With over 15 years of experience in the global food and beverage industry, Lee is tasked with further enhancing the hotel's dining experiences through the development of innovative dining concepts and operational excellence. He has built his career in diverse environments, including luxury international hotel brands and global corporate dining operations, overseeing a wide range of F&B operations such as restaurant management, banquets, and catering.

As the Director of Food & Beverage at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka, Lee will oversee all F&B departments within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering, with the goal of further elevating the dining experience.

Profile: Jun Hyong Lee, Director of Food & Beverage, Centara Grand Hotel Osaka Born in Seoul, South Korea. A hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience in the global F&B industry. He has held leadership positions in the F&B departments of luxury hotels such as The Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa; InterContinental Shanghai Puxi; Park Hyatt Niseko HANAZONO; and The St. Regis Osaka, leading numerous projects to success, including restaurant openings, dining concept development, and large-scale banquet operations. Subsequently, he served as the Head of Japan Operations at Compass Group, which handles dining operations for Google, where he oversaw a wide range of F&B operations including restaurants, cafes, catering, and micro-kitchens. He is fluent in Japanese and has strong expertise in team management and operational structuring within the Japanese market.
