Centara Grand Hotel Osaka, operated by Centara Hotels & Resorts, a leading hotel group in Thailand, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jun Hyong Lee as the new Director of Food & Beverage, effective March 1, 2026.

With over 15 years of experience in the global food and beverage industry, Mr. Lee will be responsible for further enhancing the hotel's dining experience through the development of innovative dining concepts and exceptional operations. He has accumulated experience in diverse environments, including international luxury hotel brands and global corporate dining operations, overseeing a wide range of F&B operations such as restaurant management, banquets, and catering.

As the Director of Food & Beverage at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka, Mr. Lee will oversee all F&B departments within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering, aiming to further elevate the dining experience.
