Celsys will host the 11th session of 'Mochicomi Online,' an event where aspiring manga artists can submit their work to editorial departments online, on Saturday, June 13. Registration for submission requests starts today, Monday, May 18.

'Mochicomi Online' is the industry's first service that facilitates online matching between artists and editorial departments across manga magazines, web comic sites, and editorial production companies. Currently, over 500 editors and 3,000 aspiring artists are registered. The event is held approximately four times a year and is free to attend.

Celsys, which supports creators through 'CLIP STUDIO PAINT'—a tool used by over 95% of domestic manga artists—aims to further empower aspiring creators by providing a cross-publisher matching venue.

By leveraging online matching, 'Mochicomi Online' provides creators with the opportunity to efficiently submit work to multiple editorial departments regardless of their residence, and offers editors a place to discover untapped talent nationwide.

Since manuscript data and specific areas for advice can be shared in advance, participants can have high-quality online meetings tailored to each other's needs. Additionally, creators can apply to multiple editors at once, increasing their chances for professional feedback.
