Cellsource Launches Management Support Business for "FAST CLINIC," the First Medical Institution, Starting June 1

Cellsource Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masayuki Yamakawa; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce the launch of its system implementation support business as a new initiative in the Wellness & Longevity domain, as part of its business portfolio restructuring for sustainable growth.

Starting June 1 of this year, we have commenced comprehensive system implementation support to promote the DX of clinic operations for "FAST CLINIC," a skin management clinic utilizing a new business model, as its first medical institution (demonstration store: Futako-Tamagawa). Based on this, we will fully promote support for the nationwide expansion of the said clinic.

Background and Objectives of Business Development

As part of its business portfolio restructuring for sustainable growth, the Company is investing in and developing business in the Wellness & Longevity domain. As part of this, we have launched a management support business for "FAST CLINIC," a skin management clinic that aims to solve the challenges of the traditional beauty medical industry with the concept of "easy-to-continue skin maintenance."

We aim to expand our introduction and support system to affiliated medical institutions nationwide by providing comprehensive systems that promote the DX of clinic operations to support the nationwide expansion of clinics in compliance with the Medical Care Act.

The Company will provide affiliated medical institutions operating "FAST CLINIC" with a comprehensive dedicated system that promotes the DX of clinic operations. We will provide IT systems such as reservation, electronic medical record, and check-in systems on a one-stop basis. This will enable receptionist-less and cashless operations, contributing to the maintenance of "reasonable pricing" by reducing fixed costs for clinics.

Future Development and Outlook

Starting with the system provision to the first affiliated medical institution, we will optimize each system through the accumulation and analysis of operational data, and promote a highly reproducible "DX Promotion and System Implementation Support" for nationwide expansion.
