In recent years, while regenerative medicine in the orthopedic field has expanded, its full potential and widespread adoption have been hampered by several challenges in the medical field:

・Lack of coordination with rehabilitation

・Lack of know-how for introducing it as a private-pay (out-of-pocket) treatment

・Inadequate design of patient contact points

Furthermore, under the current medical system centered on insurance-covered treatment, constraints on medical fees limit the value that both medical institutions and physical therapists can provide.

To address these issues, this partnership will promote:

・Building an integrated treatment model of regenerative medicine and rehabilitation

・Establishing a support system for the introduction of private-pay treatment

・Creating patient contact points originating from physical therapists

Through these efforts, we aim to maximize the effects of regenerative medicine and accelerate its social implementation.

1. Organization of Physical Therapists and Establishment of a Certification System

We will organize physical therapists and create an environment where they can systematically acquire specialized knowledge and practical skills related to regenerative medicine. Concurrently, we will introduce a certification system for physical therapists who meet a certain level of proficiency, aiming to create new career paths and enhance their professional expertise.

2. Establishment of an Association and Educational Foundation

We will support the establishment of an association that fuses regenerative medicine and rehabilitation, and operate educational curricula and study groups for doctors and physical therapists, providing continuous education and certification programs.

3. Support for Building Operations for Medical Institutions

We will design a clinical model that combines regenerative medicine and rehabilitation, and support the building of operations for introducing private-pay treatment.

4. Promotion of Education and Awareness Activities

We will conduct dissemination activities to medical institutions through seminars and webinars, and provide support for the introduction and establishment of the practices among on-site staff.

Through this partnership, both companies will advance the project in stages starting from April 2026, and promote its expansion to medical institutions nationwide.
