Cosmo Eco Power Co., Ltd. (President: Fumiaki Nogura, hereinafter "Cosmo Eco Power"), a group company of Cosmo Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (President: Shigeru Yamada), and Kyocera Corporation (President: Hideo Tanimoto, hereinafter "Kyocera") announced that they have concluded Kyocera's first physical PPA*1 (hereinafter "this PPA") derived from a wind power plant, effective March 3, 2026.

(President: Yasuyuki Kawamura, hereinafter "Cosmo Energy Solutions"), a company within the Cosmo Energy Group, will procure electricity and environmental value generated from solar power facilities owned and operated by Kyocera, starting in April 2026.
