Background of the Release
With the spread of generative AI and changes in recruitment methods, the roles and career options required of engineers are diversifying at an unprecedented speed. Not only technical skills but also "self-understanding of what kind of environment/team I can perform in" is becoming increasingly important in career choices.
On the other hand, caught up in daily work, there are few opportunities to verbalize one's own inclinations and strengths. The "Engineer Type Diagnosis" was born from the desire to provide a place where engineers can enjoy gaining insights into their careers while objectively understanding their own types.
What is the "Engineer Type Diagnosis"?
This is a diagnostic content that classifies your characteristics as an engineer into 12 character types by answering 36 questions (5-point scale) about your work style and values.
The diagnosis results are divided into the following 12 types:
- The ambitious "Global Ambitious Type" - The "Social Contribution Type" who wants to improve society with technology - The "Influencer Type" who attracts people - The "Organizational Contribution Type" who supports the team from behind the scenes - The "Nomad Type" who loves freedom - The "Rationalist Type" who makes dry judgments - The "Technical Explorer Type" who delves into the depths of code - The "Trend Type" who leads the forefront of technology - The "Product-Oriented Type" who wants to solve someone's problems - The "Festival Lover Type" for whom team development is supreme - The "Efficiency-Focused Type" for whom laziness is justice - The "Steady Type" who works diligently and carefully
