Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka, President: Hirotsugu Otomo, hereinafter 'Daiwa House Industry') and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, President: Takanori Takahashi, hereinafter 'CCC') are pleased to announce the commencement of operations for 'HITOTOKIMIKI,' a public facility promoting multi-generational exchange in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, starting May 1, 2026. An opening ceremony will be held at 11:00 AM on the same day.

'HITOTOKIMIKI' was developed under the 'Aoyama 7-chome Housing Complex Revitalization Project Exchange Base Development and Operation Project' invited by Miki City. As a hub where people from children to the elderly can gather and interact, it provides spaces and services under the theme of 'Supplementing, Connecting, and Nurturing Together,' improving the convenience of local residents and promoting multi-generational exchange.

In 'Supplementing,' the facility provides 'places' that were lacking in the 'Midorigaoka/Aoyama Neopolis' residential area, such as childcare support functions, challenge shops for new business startups, and coworking spaces designed for diverse work styles.

In 'Connecting,' a remote consultation window will be set up to connect the administration and local residents, allowing for procedures and consultations in a familiar location. Additionally, a consultation desk will be established for daily concerns, and in cooperation with Miki City and local organizations, a system will be built to connect people, things, and services according to the content of the consultation.

In 'Nurturing,' free spaces, a lawn area, a play park for children, and a dog run will be installed to encourage interaction among residents. By planning and operating events such as summer festivals, Christmas events, and workshops, the facility will support multi-generational exchange and foster a sense of unity in the region.

'HITOTOKIMIKI,' a facility of Miki City, was designed and constructed by Daiwa House Industry, which will also operate it as a designated manager commissioned by Miki City. Daily operations will be carried out in cooperation with CCC. Moving forward, Daiwa House Industry and CCC will promote a model for revitalizing residential areas by forming communities and promoting regional activities with the participation and cooperation of Miki City residents and those in the surrounding areas.
