CCC and Nomura Real Estate's Second Collaboration Workspace 'SHARE LOUNGE Harumi Triton with H¹T' to Open End of March 2026

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; President and CEO: Takamori Takahashi, hereinafter "CCC") and Nomura Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Daisaku Matsuo, hereinafter "Nomura Real Estate") will open "SHARE LOUNGE Harumi Triton with H¹T" (hereinafter "this facility") on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, within the "Harumi Triton Square," a complex office building in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

This facility is the second location following the first collaboration store, "SHARE LOUNGE Kamedo with H¹T," which is a fusion of CCC's "SHARE LOUNGE" and Nomura Real Estate's satellite shared office "H¹T." The new store will open on the 9th floor following the renovation of the Harumi Triton Square Office Tower Y.

Following the widespread adoption of telework after the COVID-19 pandemic, work styles have significantly shifted to flexible combinations of home, office, and third places. Consequently, office buildings are increasingly required to offer expanded functionality beyond mere workspaces, allowing users to switch environments for diverse purposes such as individual concentration, team meetings, inter-company exchanges, and breaks. Furthermore, as the reasons for coming to the office are being redefined, "ease of work" and "comfort" are gaining attention as important values in office environments.

This facility, in addition to the characteristics of "SHARE LOUNGE" which provides a comfortable space where customers can freely choose how to use it as a cafe or workspace, also features dedicated seats for "H¹T" members as a characteristic of the collaboration store. The work area includes a generous number of meeting rooms to cater to the needs of small businesses, which can also be used for reception purposes. Additionally, corporate contract members of "H¹T" at the Harumi Triton Square office building will receive a 20% discount on facility usage fees.

The space is available not only for office workers but also for the general public, and it can be utilized by residents in the surrounding areas for various daily scenes such as work, study, rest, and interaction. Through this initiative, CCC and Nomura Real Estate aim to enhance the value of common areas in response to new office building demands in the post-COVID era and create new, community-open "places to be."
