About Sumitomo Mitsui Card's Acquisition of V Point Marketing as a Subsidiary

Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (President and Group CEO: Tatsu Nakajima, hereinafter "Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group," and its group collectively referred to as "SMBC Group"), Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Representative Director, President and CEO: Yukihiko Onishi, hereinafter "Sumitomo Mitsui Card"), Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Representative Director, President and CEO: Hironori Takahashi, hereinafter "CCC"), and V Point Marketing Co., Ltd. (Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Seigo Hirota, hereinafter "V Point Marketing") announced on October 3, 2025, that as of March 31, 2026, V Point Marketing (then known as CCCMK Holdings Co., Ltd.) became a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Card. CCCMK Holdings changed its company name to V Point Marketing on April 1, 2026.
