■ Message from President and CEO Karin Dragan (Video Message):
We uphold the mission: 'Deliver happy moments to everyone and create value.' This statement embodies our strong desire to have each employee, through our products and services, be present in the daily lives of all stakeholders, including customers, clients, shareholders, and the local community, creating moments of happiness while further enhancing corporate value and redefining the future through new transformations.
We place great importance on our Mission, Vision, and Values (MVV). They are the guiding principles for our daily actions and the foundation of our culture. To achieve the ambitious goals of our medium-term management plan 'Vision 2030,' it is essential for all employees to keep the MVV in mind and consistently practice the four values. I expect you all to be conscious of this MVV and embody it in your own way.
Finally, I sincerely look forward to your significant growth as working professionals and the contributions you will make step by step. Let's move forward together every day. For yourselves, for your team, and for our customers.
