■ We want to surprise the world.
■ We want to capture the hearts of fans.
■ We want to engrave unique existences into memory.
■ We instantly give form to the passion of the moment an idea strikes.
IRON FACTORY is a one-stop & non-stop manufacturing group that immediately turns "Are you really going to do that?" into reality. From sudden impulses like a child's idea to outlandish imaginations, we seriously utilize adult technology, from precision casting to ultra-fine 3D printing, to transform dreams into tangible objects and release them into the world.
IRON FACTORY: Not just iron, not just a factory
Although "Iron" is in our name, we are not limited by materials.
We combine various technologies and methods, from lost-wax precision casting to metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D printing, to give shape to our customers' visions.
Although "Factory" is in our name, our services are not confined to the factory floor. We have formed a specialized team dedicated to product development and OEM business to provide end-to-end services from planning to data creation, prototyping, and mass production.
The areas we have been involved in are diverse, including sports, anime, idols, music, fashion, and co-creation with companies and local governments. We are challenging the world with Japan's proud creativity and technological prowess as our weapons.

IRON FACTORY's Iron Rules

"Iron should be used for ecstasy."
Depending on how it's used, iron can be a weapon or a source of "ecstasy." By continuously creating things that strike a chord with fans and deeply resonate with their hearts, we become partners in creating people's enthusiasm and joy, supporting product development that elevates unique characters and talents into even more singular existences.

"Cast immense buzz into the world."
Creating buzz is just as important as manufacturing for us. We aim to release things into the world that have explosive power on social media, an impact that makes industry insiders exclaim "They did it!", and news that creates a slight stir tomorrow. Not just fleeting trends, but objects that, when looked back upon later, symbolize that era or industry.

"Even a single wrinkle should be etched into history."
Even a fleeting idea can become a "valuable sculpted object" backed by reliable technical skill and quality. Leveraging our precision casting and metal injection technologies, honed over many years, we enable creations that faithfully reproduce even a single wrinkle, conveying the form of today's most brilliant athletes and artists across eras to future generations.

"Prioritize planning over standards."
From tiny miniature tools to life-sized professional wrestlers, leave it to us for manufacturing that goes beyond standardized frameworks. As long as there's an interesting plan and a desire to give it form, our entire team will pour in passion and expertise to achieve extraordinary output.

"Create quickly, create affordably."
Flexible and speedy response is our strength. We offer approaches that allow molding without creating molds, providing shorter lead times and more reasonable proposals than the general perception of iron, thus delivering services that live up to the phrase "Ideas become Iron."
The newly launched website will feature more specific details on our past achievements, case studies, and the value we can provide.
Additionally, the website has a system for submitting ideas.

Once you submit that idea, it's over. It might actually become a product.
It doesn't matter if it's a fleeting idea or one that no one else understood.
If it strikes a chord with us, it will become a "real thing."
The more unconventional the idea, the more serious we become.
Ideas become Iron. The next thing to take shape might be your idea.
It's okay if it's a joke, an impulse, or rough.
In fact, that's better.

[About Castem Co., Ltd.]
Utilizing lost-wax precision casting and metal injection molding (MIM) technologies, our main business is the manufacturing and sales of precision parts for various industries such as trains, machine tools, and medical equipment. Leveraging these technologies, we began planning, manufacturing, and selling products for individual customers in 2017. We have garnered significant attention by successively creating unprecedented goods, such as celebrity hand-shaped objects, hyper-realistic 3D face stickers, Pokémon insect cages, and steel Robin Mask figures.
In the first year of Reiwa, we challenged ourselves to release new era goods at the fastest speed in Japan. We released the Reiwa sake cup 2 minutes and 27 seconds after the announcement of the new era name, which was featured in various media. In addition, we are constantly challenging ourselves to create products that are not bound by metal or conventional wisdom, such as paper airplanes and Panipani Farm (Miyakojima).
