In response, the company is launching sales of its new explosion-proof product, "ULTRACK® Wireless Ex." What is Explosion-Proof Certification?

In factories and workplaces with explosion risks, such as oil refineries, petrochemical plants, and chemical manufacturing facilities, "explosion-proof areas" are designated to prevent accidents caused by leaking flammable gases or vapors, thereby protecting human life and equipment. Explosion-proof certification confirms that electrical equipment installed in these areas complies with the standards required to ensure safety.

ULTRACK® Wireless Ex has passed the examination by the UK-based certification body CML (Certification Management Limited) and is now certified for use in manufacturing environments where explosion risks exist.

Background of Certification

Since its founding in 2019, CAST has aimed to solve challenges faced by the manufacturing industry, such as aging factory infrastructure, an aging workforce, a shortage of inspectors, and accident risks due to insufficient monitoring.
