1. Job Offer (*) Status as of April 1st

○ The job offer rate is 67.6%, up 2.7 points from the same period last year (64.9%). ○ Just over 20% of all students (22.1%) have decided on a job and ended their search. 70% are continuing their job search (total 72.4%).

2. Application and Selection Exam Status

○ The average number of company applications per person is 19.2, a decrease of 2.6 companies from the same period last year (21.8). ○ The number of entry sheets (ES) submitted is higher than last year (average 9.7 → 10.7). The number of written exams and interviews also increased respectively.

3. Perception of Companies with Job Offers

12.0% think they will "probably join this company," a decrease from the same period last year (16.2%). ○ 55.0% would be "satisfied to join if no other offers are received."
