"CAPCOM Pro Tour 2026 World Warrior Japan" 2nd Tournament to be Held on July 5 (Sun)!

In "Street Fighter 6," the latest installment in the highly popular series, players from around the world compete fiercely in various regions aiming to become the annual champion in the "CAPCOM Pro Tour 2026" tournament series. The "World Warrior" tournaments, one part of this series, are held multiple times over several months by tournament organizers in each region.

This tournament consists of a total of 6 events: 5 regular tournaments where players can earn points based on their ranking, and a final tournament featuring the top 8 players based on accumulated points.

The top-ranking players will earn a spot in the world finals, "CAPCOM CUP 13," with a grand prize of $1,000,000.

The "World Warrior Japan" tournaments fall under the "Super Region" category, where the top 2 players will secure a spot in "CAPCOM CUP 13."

1 The player ranked 1st in the total points accumulated across all 5 regular tournaments at the end of the 5 events.

By participating in all tournaments from the 1st to the 5th, the possibility of securing a spot increases.

2 Excluding the player mentioned above, the winner of the final tournament, which is contested by the top 8 players based on their total points from their best 3 participating tournaments.

Even if some results are not satisfactory or participation is missed, continued participation increases the possibility of securing a spot.

The 2nd "World Warrior Japan" tournament will begin broadcasting on July 5 (Sun) at 16:30!

This tournament is sure to feature intense battles, and the 2nd event will be delivered with a spectacular lineup of guests.
