Ingrid, the final additional character for Year 3, is confirmed to join the battle on Thursday, May 28! Check out the gameplay footage of this potentially cosmic-scale beautiful girl right away!

Ingrid first appeared in 'CAPCOM FIGHTING Jam' in 2004 and also in 'Street Fighter ZERO3↑↑' in 2006. After a long time, she is finally making her debut in 'Street Fighter 6'!

How does Ingrid fight using her special abilities? Let's introduce some of her main techniques this time!

First up is "Sun Shoot"!

This move fires a dazzling light projectile forward, which pauses briefly before flying off with great momentum. Its speed and angle change depending on the button pressed and charge time.

The OD (Overdrive) version of Sun Shoot further increases hits and power. If you fire an OD version while the normal version is still on screen, it creates a spectacular display of light filling the screen.

If light projectiles aren't enough, try "Sun Flare." This move fires a beam of light forward!

Before that, let's explain Ingrid's source of power—the "Sun Symbol." Ingrid embodies the power of the sun and can stock up to 4 Sun Symbols.

Using the light version of Sun Flare allows her to stock one Sun Symbol while striking a cute magical girl pose. Holding the button down charges it faster.

The Sun Symbol enhances the number of hits, range, and follow-up performance of the strong and OD versions of Sun Flare, automatically consuming up to 2 stocks when unleashed. Behold the power of Ingrid with stocked symbols!

"Solar Flare" is a move that fires a light beam from the air towards the ground. Similar to Sun Flare, in the air, the light version stocks Sun Symbols, and other strengths consume stocks to enhance performance!

"Sunrise" is an elegant spinning attack that also appeared in previous titles! The light version is an excellent anti-air, the medium version can be canceled from a light attack and incorporated into combos. The strong version requires a bit of skill, but if it hits, you can follow up with Solar Flare and other moves. The OD version is easy to use as it's safe on block, and the third hit can be Super Art canceled.

There's also a counter move called "Sun Veil." It nullifies attacks that try to touch Ingrid's radiant form and knocks the opponent far away. This move can also absorb projectiles, but be careful as it cannot defend against Super Arts or multi-hit projectiles. The OD version has a fast startup and is convenient for reversals after being knocked down!

Her final special move, "Sun Banish," is a bold and dramatic teleportation technique.

Inputting forward makes her quickly appear in front of the opponent for a surprise kick attack. It's safe on block and good for combos. Inputting down moves her above the opponent for a diving attack. It's not fast, but Ingrid can act first even if it's blocked. Inputting back makes her retreat without attacking. It's a move that reflects the player's individuality, whether to continue attacking or switch to defense!

Next, let's introduce her Super Arts!

Her Level 1 Super Art, "Sunshine," is a move that attacks with a supernatural series of kicks. It has invincibility against opponent attacks during startup and can be enhanced by consuming one Sun Symbol. If she has multiple stocks, holding the button down consumes more Sun Symbols, wrapping the opponent in ribbons of light. This increases damage and knocks the opponent further away.

Her Level 2 Super Art, "Sun Order," fires a guiding light upwards, raining down light projectiles whose fall location varies depending on the button strength pressed. Furthermore, if she has Sun Symbol stocks, holding the button down after activation powers it up!

After unleashing the move, you can move freely, allowing you to watch your opponent scramble while being hit by the light.

Finally, her Level 3 Super Art, "Cosmic Ray."

This ultimate technique automatically summons projectiles at the opponent's location to attack. If it hits, the opponent will realize Ingrid's true power...

Ingrid's Outfit 2 is her familiar purple sailor uniform, inspired by her first appearance. It can be obtained by maximizing your bond with her in World Tour, or purchased with Fighter Coins from the shop.

Ingrid can be purchased individually with Fighter Coins, and owners of the Year 3 Ultimate Pass / Character Pass can unlock Ingrid on Thursday, May 28. Simultaneously, Outfit 3 for all four characters included in the Year 3 Ultimate Pass will also be distributed.

Until Ingrid joins the battle, bye-bye!
