Ida Laboratories Co., Ltd. has launched the "CANMAKE AI Employee" project, a first for CANMAKE. The "CANMAKE AI Employees," created based on the appearance, personality, and passion for products of several actual CANMAKE employees, will appear on official social media accounts (Instagram/X/TikTok/YouTube) to share content such as product introductions and makeup suggestions.

This initiative is a project that consolidates the knowledge and individuality of employees who know CANMAKE products better than anyone else, and creates a new communication experience through AI technology. The CANMAKE AI Employees will not only introduce product features and usage, but also share behind-the-scenes development stories, such as the dedication of the development team and episodes of product creation, as well as behind-the-scenes anecdotes from repeated prototyping, which have had fewer opportunities to be shared publicly. Through video and image content, they will convey the joy of makeup along with the passion behind CANMAKE's product development.

Furthermore, we focused on reproducing the "actual user experience," which is important for a cosmetics brand. When generating videos and images to introduce products using AI, we conducted repeated verification and testing to minimize the discrepancy with the color tone, texture, and finish when actually used on human skin. We pursued expressions that could realistically convey the unique charm and features of CANMAKE products.

With social media and generative AI becoming commonplace, CANMAKE aims to deliver the joy of makeup and the delight of "discovering cuteness!" to more people through the "CANMAKE AI Employee" project as a new form of information dissemination.
