[Must-See for Startups] Minato City Industrial Promotion Center | Recruitment Begins for Next-Generation Management Talent Development Program for Startup Companies!

The Minato City Industrial Promotion Center announced today, April 1st, the start of recruitment for companies to participate in its next-generation management talent development program for startups, "Liberal Arts for Business Innovators Creation (LABIC)."

This program is designed to enhance the practical management capabilities of startup founders over approximately six months.
It aims to realize management that maximizes the utilization of intangible assets held by startups, such as human capital (entrepreneurs) and intellectual property (innovation), by combining business strategy with financial capital strategy.
In addition to lectures by professional instructors and experienced active entrepreneurs, the program supports the acquisition of practical management literacy and business growth through individual mentoring and sessions with investors.

**【Support Content for Program Participants】**

**① Practical Seminars (Innovation Baseline) - 11 Sessions**
Starting a business and company management require a wide range of "knowledge" to be acquired in advance.
In 11 sessions (2 hours each), you can learn essential knowledge from professional experts in fields such as finance/capital policy, law, taxation, intellectual property rights, human resource and organizational development, corporate governance, and stock options, as well as from top-class active entrepreneurs with diverse experience and deep insights in various business sectors.

**② Individual Mentoring (Startup Driveline)**
Individual mentoring sessions (1 hour each) will be conducted where participants receive advice from instructors. Advance reservations are required, and online options are available. Experts and experienced entrepreneurs will provide specific advice tailored to each participant's challenges, such as business plans, fundraising, organizational development, and product strategy.

**③ Networking (Ecosystem Enhancement)**
After the business card exchange session on the seminar day, a voluntary social gathering will be held to share honest discussions and behind-the-scenes stories.
This provides an opportunity to build relationships with instructors, supporters, and stakeholders, expanding the startup ecosystem.

**④ Investor Mentoring Sessions**
Sessions will be held where participants receive direct feedback from investors such as venture capitalists and angel investors on their business content, growth strategy, capital policy, and pitch content. This will be an opportunity to refine their business with a view to fundraising and to understand improvement points from an investor's perspective.

**⑤ Demo Day Presentation Opportunity**
A Demo Day will be held as a platform for presenting program achievements, where participants will have the opportunity to give business presentations to investors, operating companies, support organizations, and others. The aim is to create opportunities that lead to increased business recognition, fundraising, and business collaboration in the future.
