Public Invitation: The 3rd JRVA 'Camping Car Symposium with Tokyo Camping Car Show'

The Tokyo Camping Car Show Executive Committee (Secretariat: Japan RV Association, Bushiroad Move Inc., Neo Project Inc.) will hold the 3rd Japan RV Association 'Camping Car Symposium with Tokyo Camping Car Show' on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

We are currently inviting the general public to attend the symposium. Participants will be selected by lottery.

Overview of the 3rd Japan RV Association 'Camping Car Symposium with Tokyo Camping Car Show'

The Camping Car Symposium was conceived to be held concurrently with the Tokyo Camping Car Show, serving as a venue to continuously discuss and promote the new possibilities of camping cars and their relationship with society.

The theme for this third edition is 'Introduction of Camping Cars by Local Governments,' where we will explore the utility of camping cars and the feasibility of their introduction by local municipalities.

For the first time, we are accepting applications from the general public via lottery and will also be live-streaming the event on the official Japan RV Association YouTube channel, 'JRVAmovie.'

Panelists, including Atsushi Tamura, along with local governments that have experience in implementing camping cars, will examine specific methods, management know-how, and explore challenges and solutions.

The live stream is open to everyone.

Invitation for General Attendees (Lottery) We are accepting applications from the general public for this event. Those wishing to attend should check the participation requirements and apply via the lottery application form.

<Application Notes> Applications for the lottery are limited to those who have already purchased event tickets for the Tokyo Camping Car Show. Participation in the symposium alone is not permitted.

<Lottery Results> Notification of lottery results will be sent via email in early July. Selection is lottery-based.

About the Tokyo Camping Car Show The Tokyo Camping Car Show is one of the largest camping car events in Tokyo, featuring about 220 vehicles from all over the country. Last year, more than 18,000 people attended over two days. This year, 100 companies are expected to exhibit, featuring camping cars, outdoor gear, and pet goods.
