About Sake
Over 100 sake breweries from all over Japan will participate on a rotating daily basis, bringing together "Japanese sake" from Hokkaido to Kagoshima. The lineup includes a wide range of sake, from long-established breweries to young breweries, as well as craft sake, which has been attracting attention in recent years, and distilleries of shochu and craft gin, with diverse producers participating from all over the country. You can enjoy a lineup that transcends generations and genres.
Furthermore, a recovery support project for the Noto Peninsula earthquake and group participation by the Craft Sake Brewery Association are also planned. The event will allow visitors to experience the "present" and "future" of Japanese sake culture.

About Food
A selection of carefully chosen foods that can be enjoyed with sake will gather. During the event, various food trucks and markets by popular restaurants and specialty stores will be set up, allowing visitors to enjoy a food experience that pursues compatibility with "Japanese sake."
Luxurious Dining Outdoors from Famous Restaurants
Wolfgang's Steakhouse's portable kitchen will be open for one day only. You can easily enjoy the taste of aged meat outdoors.
In addition, Onigiri (rice balls) made with Uonuma Koshihikari rice and amazake drinks from "Hakkaisan Sennen Kojiya," and "Irohado," a popular oyaki (dumpling) specialty store loved in Shinshu, will appear only on weekends. This is a special lineup for only five days.

A sauna facility located on the 5th floor of NEWoMan Takanawa North. Designed as an urban retreat that expands the basic sauna experience of sauna room, cold bath, and rest, with the concept of "rest and recovery in the city," it offers an urban wellness experience.
Collaboration Overview
A collaboration project with Akebono Shuzo (Fukushima Prefecture, representative brand "Tenmei"). By combining the sauna experience with Japanese sake, we propose a new wellness experience where you can feel the essence of Japanese sake throughout your body through sake lees scrubs and more. A lounge & dining located on the 28th floor of NEWoMan Takanawa LUFTBAUM. It re-edits "kissaten" (coffee shop) and "bar" from a unique perspective, offering a relaxing time with cafe and lunch during the day, and a sophisticated time as a bar at night, an all-day lounge.
Collaboration Overview
We will develop a limited-time cocktail menu using Japanese sake, shochu, craft sake, and craft gin from the breweries participating in Kon-Sai. In addition, special menus paired with cocktails will also be prepared. We propose new ways to enjoy Japanese sake from the context of bar culture.
