Cainz Corporation has developed a new furniture series designed by Kokuyo Co., Ltd., combining expertise in educational and office furniture with DIY concepts. This series will be available on the custom-cut furniture platform 'CAINZ DIY MARKET' starting May 27, 2026. Cainz operates under the brand concept of 'Living DIY,' aiming to make daily life enjoyable through creativity by providing valuable products at affordable prices. This collaboration brings together Kokuyo's long-standing design experience in educational and office spaces with Cainz's commitment to value creation through DIY. Since 2023, Cainz has operated 'CAINZ DIY MARKET,' a platform for custom-cut furniture designed to create 'furniture that makes life uniquely yours.' Utilizing CNC routers like 'ShopBot,' which allow for complex shapes through computer control, the company has developed 179 items with high decorative and structural sophistication. This new initiative expands on that foundation by introducing two series incorporating the structures and concepts of furniture used in schools and offices. The school-inspired series features durable structures adapted for home use, while the office furniture series is scheduled for release starting in June 2026.
