Cainz Group Holds Joint Entrance Ceremony for Fiscal 2026

Cainz Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Masayuki Takaya; hereinafter 'Cainz'), Hands Inc. (President and Executive Officer: Satoru Sakurai; hereinafter 'Hands'), and Auto R's Co., Ltd. (President: Shinsaku Noda; hereinafter 'Auto R's') jointly held the entrance ceremony for fiscal 2026 on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

This was the third joint entrance ceremony for the Cainz Group, following last year's event. By connecting the Cainz Honjo Waseda Headquarters in Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture, and the Hands Headquarters in Shinjuku, Tokyo via an online link, the group welcomed 274 new members (243 for Cainz, 29 for Hands, and 2 for Auto R's) as one united group.

During the ceremony, Masayuki Takaya, who serves as President and CEO of Cainz and Chairman of the Board for both Hands and Auto R's, delivered a congratulatory address to the new employees. He stated: 'Although our three companies have different origins, we share a common desire to DIY our lives to make them better and more personal. I want you to carve out your own dreams and will with the spirit of "Do It Yourself" and have the courage to take a step forward. The attitude of taking on challenges without fear of failure is what will help you grow significantly. The Cainz Group offers a wide range of fields, including store operations, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, digital/AI, and overseas challenges. We hope you will take on many challenges without fear of failure. We look forward to creating the future together with you. We sincerely anticipate your growth and leap forward as our new colleagues.'

Following the address, each of the three companies held panel discussions with representative employees and training sessions to deepen understanding of their respective companies and foster interaction among peers, marking their first steps as members of the Cainz Group.
