Kagawa Prefectural Truck Association Introduces Safety Education System "Good Learning!" to Support Member Businesses in Achieving "Legal Compliance" and "Reduced On-site Burden" through E-learning for New Driver Training.

From April 2026, the Kagawa Prefectural Truck Association has introduced the driver safety education system "Good Learning!" provided by Cab Station Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroshi Okawa). This aims to alleviate the burden of statutory training (initial driver training) for new drivers faced by member businesses and further enhance transportation safety.

■ Background of Introduction: Educational Burden Faced by Member Businesses

Currently, the logistics industry faces the most pressing issues of strict working hour management due to the "2024 Problem" and chronic labor shortages. In particular, the "initial driver training" mandated for newly hired drivers requires over 15 hours of classroom instruction by law.

In addition to this long period of confinement, ancillary tasks such as preparing teaching materials and creating/saving training records placed a significant burden on managers. To solve these challenges through DX and create an environment where member businesses can continue operations more smoothly, the Kagawa Prefectural Truck Association decided to introduce "Good Learning!".

It is not merely a learning tool but is highly regarded for its reliability as a "practical infrastructure" that strongly supports member businesses in legal compliance.

Based on training data accumulated over many years as a pioneer in e-learning safety education, a curriculum has been developed that allows drivers to retain knowledge without getting bored.
