Creators Match Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Keiju Go), which proposes new ways of working for creators through the development of professional human resources, has been working on the "Regional Design Factory Tottori" since June 2025, sponsored by the "Rethink PROJECT," a community contribution activity conducted by JT with its partners. To address the challenges faced by Tottori Prefecture, local creators have produced posters and flyers aimed at "promoting collaboration between companies in Tottori Prefecture and local creators."

With the completion of the work, a presentation ceremony from the local creators to Tottori Prefecture will be held at the Tottori Prefectural Government Office on Friday, April 10.

The theme of "Regional Design Factory Tottori" is "Promoting collaboration between companies in Tottori Prefecture and local creators."

Tottori Prefecture aims to become a "hub for the digital content industry" and is undertaking initiatives to make the region a place where local creators can learn from each other. It also aims to clarify the individuality and activities of local creators, creating a region where local companies and creators can easily collaborate. In producing the work, local creators and prefectural officials discussed how to communicate the existence of creators to companies within Tottori.

Four creators from Tottori Prefecture collaborated and, through "Rethink (= thinking from a different perspective)," derived the concept of "Rethinking the relationship between companies and creators."

The work expresses the creation of overall vibrancy in the town by focusing on the value and energy generated when creators of all kinds—design, illustration, video, music, architecture, etc.—are present in the city and engage with local industries by leveraging their respective strengths. It represents Tottori's companies and creators working together as partners to liven up the region, enjoying themselves while competing and improving together.

About "Rethink Creator PROJECT" Regional Design Factory

The "Regional Design Factory," which has been implemented since 2022, aims to solve local challenges with the power of creativity, together with creators who have experience participating in seminars and contests and who have a "love for their hometown" and a "passion for regional revitalization." In 2025, focusing on areas that requested it after seminars were held, we are currently creating creative works, mainly posters, to solve regional issues in cooperation with Tottori Prefecture, Okayama City in Okayama Prefecture, and Matsuyama City in Ehime Prefecture.

About "Rethink Creator PROJECT"

This is a project that aims to produce "Rethink Creators"—personnel who can think from a different perspective (Rethink), shape their thoughts (Creative), and communicate them—through a curriculum provided by Creators Match Co., Ltd. [workshop-style seminars / idea-focused contests / production activities in collaboration with municipalities], and is implemented with the sponsorship of the Rethink PROJECT. The project aims to realize regional revitalization by creating Rethink Creators in various parts of Japan and having them solve local issues as a resource for local industries, embodying a "local production for local consumption of creators." The philosophy of the "Rethink Creator PROJECT" embodies that of the "Rethink PROJECT," and through this shared sentiment, we are continuing our efforts in fiscal year 2025.
