On the day, popular sweet potato specialty stores from not only Shizuoka Prefecture but also other prefectures will gather, selling their proud sweet potatoes and sweet potato sweets, including a baked sweet potato that received the 2026 Monde Selection award for the first time as a baked sweet potato.
