BUSO BREWERY aims to contribute to town revitalization through the improvement of local food culture by utilizing the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' 'Local 10,000 Project'. We are working with the desire to seriously enliven Machida together with producers, using local ingredients such as hops and barley grown in Machida. Furthermore, we are also considering contributing to hometown tax donations as a Machida City specialty product.
This project started as Japan's first* joint brewery project by 10 community-based companies centered around restaurants that love their hometown. Based in Machida City, Tokyo, with the aim of revitalizing the 'Buso' area including neighboring cities, it had its grand opening in December 2024 at the Odakyu Machida Station East Exit Square (formerly Carillon Square).

This time, BUSO BREWERY completely renewed its food menu starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
Under the concept of 'Making the brewery cooler and more accessible', this renewal overhauled the menu to actively incorporate local ingredients centered around Machida. Thoroughly pursuing compatibility with craft beer, we propose a 'new way to enjoy beer and food' that can only be tasted here.
The new menu offers a variety of dishes that allow you to directly feel the charm of the region, utilizing carefully selected ingredients through collaborations with local producers. We deploy a wide lineup, ranging from simple plates that bring out the original deliciousness of the ingredients to creative dishes with free ideas not bound by genre.
The lunch menu has also been renewed into colorful plates complete with salads, appetizers, and soup. In addition to our highly popular curry, creative pasta dishes have newly appeared to meet a wider range of needs.
Furthermore, we are particular about our dessert menu, preparing 3 new types of original desserts incorporating our proud craft beer.
A familiar brewery that can easily be used as a cafe.
