Tourism Branding 'Flower Port': Launch of 'Flower Jack Journey,' a City-Wide Promotion Filling the Port City of Yokohama with Flowers

The Yokohama Convention & Visitors Bureau will launch the 'Flower Jack Journey,' a new city-wide promotion to decorate the city of Yokohama with flowers, as an initiative of the tourism branding 'Flower Port.' This project aims to continuously roll out flower experience projects in various parts of Yokohama throughout the year, decorating the entire port city of Yokohama with flowers, and also connecting to building momentum for the 'GREEN x EXPO 2027' (2027 International Horticultural Expo). For this first installment, a 'Flower Cruise' touring the Minatomirai bay area on a cruise ship decorated with flowers will be held in collaboration with Keihin Ferry Boat Co., Ltd. In addition, as part of the 'Flower Port' initiative, a mobile flower tourist information center 'YOKOHAMA FLOWER BASE' will be exhibited at the 'Yokohama Flower & Garden Festival 2026' to be held at Pacifico Yokohama in May.
