Busifro-Search Co., Ltd. has launched a new BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service that allows companies to outsource back-office and routine tasks to welfare facilities nationwide. Integrated with the "Workon" feature of the welfare platform "care-base," the service breaks down and manualizes corporate tasks so they can be easily handled by welfare facilities. This dual-purpose initiative addresses corporate labor shortages and reduces overtime while providing stable work and higher wages for people with disabilities. Initially rolling out in the Kansai area, the goal is nationwide expansion by 2030.
