Heisei Enterprise Co., Ltd. It is one of only three designated Kobe beef registered stores in Yamanashi Prefecture (as of March 2026). For crab, we offer the kings of crab such as Hon-zuwai (snow crab) and Tarabagani (king crab), as well as Maru-zuwai, a rare crab known as the "queen of crabs" in Europe.
