◆ Comment from Nachio Nakanishi / Toraneko Bonbon

"Living in Kochi, I drew this book while taking notes in the kitchen about what I ate throughout the year and the seasonal ingredients from the mountains and sea. Kochi's seasons arrive a little earlier than other regions, but I hope readers will enjoy it with a happy feeling, thinking 'I want to eat this, I want to make this' during this season."
