This work depicts the 'Empress Selection' ceremony to determine a suitable partner for the Kin'u-dai, Nagihiko, who ascended to the throne at a young age.

## ■ Comments from Chisato Abe
I drew the court ascension ceremony in the first volume of the Yatagarasu series, 'Karasu ni Hitoe wa Niawanai', and drew it as a new generation version in 'Mochizuki no Karasu'. To unexpectedly release its paperback edition right before the final volume of the main story feels like some kind of fate.
'Gyokuza no Karasu' is a story where old and new generations intermingle. Whether the ending meets everyone's expectations is another matter, but I will do my utmost to deliver it to you in the best possible form as a product.
Furthermore, the final volume of the comic 'Karasu wa Aruji wo Erabanai' (Manga by Natsumi Matsuzaki) has also been released, and all 6 volumes are currently on sale and well-received.
Keep your eyes on the 'Yatagarasu Series', which is showing more and more excitement.
