## Who or what are your prayers directed towards?
A special exhibition in collaboration with 'Death Fes 2026' where 8 artists express diverse objects of prayer.
Bunkamura Gallery 8/ is pleased to hold a collaborative exhibition with 'Death Fes 2026'.
Aligning with the perspective of 'Death Fes', an event that positively examines death, we focused this time on 'prayer', which is closely tied to death. There are various prayers in everyday life. The objects of these prayers differ depending on the country, culture, and religion, and precisely because they are invisible, the concept covers a wide range, and there are as many forms of prayer as there are people.
In this exhibition, 8 artists with different values and expressive ambitions will portray these myriad 'objects (subjects) of prayer' using a variety of materials and techniques. At the venue, you might encounter an unexpected presence that resonates with your soul.
Please enjoy the contours of prayer woven by the artists while reflecting on the shape of your own prayers.
