Yoshiaki Kunifuda Appointed Executive Officer of B-Style Holdings

B-Style Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Kunihiko Mihara) is pleased to announce that Yoshiaki Kunifuda has been appointed as an Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2026.

Since its establishment in 2002, the B-Style Group has upheld the corporate philosophy of 'creating value that matches the times,' and has developed diverse businesses with the mission of solving social issues through business.

Our company aims for sustainable growth by strengthening our management foundation and creating new value, while maximizing the strengths of each group company, and solving social issues.

Kunifuda, who has been appointed as an Executive Officer, will be responsible for the digital marketing domain. He will strive to accelerate business growth and strengthen the marketing foundation by formulating digital marketing strategies for the entire group and supporting the planning and operation of measures in subsidiaries.

Yoshiaki Kunifuda

Born in 1982. In 2005, joined B-Style Co., Ltd. (at the time) as a first-generation new graduate. After working in women's employment support businesses, launching new businesses, and entrepreneurship/management consulting, he joined 'Shufu JOB' in 2015. Utilizing his experience as a business leader, he is responsible for applicant acquisition strategies, building cross-departmental business growth cycles including customer acquisition and UI/UX development. Appointed Executive Officer of B-Style Holdings Co., Ltd. from April 2026 (current position).

I have been appointed as Executive Officer, Digital Marketing, of B-Style Holdings.
To realize the B-Style Group's PURPOSE of 'creating value that matches the times,' I believe my mission is to continue embodying my core value contribution: 'delivering better things to a wider world, with sound investment to achieve it.'
Until now, I have led the business growth of 'Shufu JOB' at B-Style Media Co., Ltd. By shifting to a ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) focused standard, calculated backward from overall business sales and profits, and by building a cross-departmental growth system including UI/UX improvements, I have established a growth model connected to the entire business structure, not just individual advertisements.
Going forward, I will leverage my expertise in 'management x digital marketing' to expand this success story across the entire group and contribute to maximizing overall profits.
