Takumi Yamamoto (Yamamoto Takumi) Comment

I participated in the Japanese Para Athletics Championships held from June 13th to 14th. This season, I have been in good form since the opening, and I have already updated my personal best in all events: 100m, 200m, 400m, and 800m. The results of my practice so far are visibly evident, and it has motivated me! Although I did not update my personal best in this tournament with a time of 56.11 seconds in the 400m, I was able to win. I felt that my stamina had definitely improved.

I am grateful for the environment that allows me to focus on practice every day. Thank you for your support!
