Winner Announced for 'The Wonderful Race 2026' Cocktail Competition Hosted by Woodford Reserve!

Brown-Forman Japan K.K. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Aaron J. Martin), the Japanese subsidiary of the world-leading spirits company Brown-Forman, held the 'The Wonderful Race 2026 JAPAN FINAL' on Monday, March 30, 2026, at its headquarters. The competition, organized by the premium bourbon brand 'Woodford Reserve,' featured five finalists selected through preliminary rounds. They competed under the theme 'Enjoying the Four Seasons with an Old Fashioned,' showcasing original cocktails evaluated on taste, design, concept, and presentation. The winner was Taku Kojima from The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, who impressed judges with his cocktail 'Transition Fassinoned,' which captured the melancholy of the changing seasons. He will represent Japan at the Asia Finals in China this May.
